Since his first publication in 2001, Lee has placed stories in over 25 markets, including Writers Of The Future Vol. 18 (he was the first Western Australian to be a winner in this competition), Aurealis, Andromeda Spaceways In-Flight Magazine, and the Australian Woman?s Day. The recipient of the 2003 Ditmar for Best New Talent, he spends most of his writing time obsessing that everyone has made the wrong decision and he?ll go the way of every New Talent award winner in this country, and disappear without trace (Bruce Samazan, anyone?) Lee was the winner of the 2003 Katharine Susannah Prichard SF/F competition, and is the regular fiction reviewer for Ideomance . He finds himself stuck permanently in Perth, Western Australia, except when he can afford to go to a non-local convention and meet people with some idea of where the interesting spots are.
